Built for the people who draw the plans.
RoomGen turns a flat floor plan into photoreal rooms in about thirty seconds. No 3D software, no render farm, no waiting on a visualiser.
Why we built it
Presenting a room to a client has traditionally meant modeling it first. That means specialist 3D software, license costs, and hours of work that happen after the design decisions are already made. For a small practice, the visualization step often costs more time than the design itself, so it gets skipped, and clients are asked to approve a mood board and a floor plan they cannot read.
RoomGen removes that step. You upload the plan you already have. The system traces it, zones the rooms, furnishes them with real catalog pieces at true scale against the actual walls, and renders every room in parallel. What comes back is not a generic AI image loosely inspired by your brief. It is your plan, at your dimensions.
From there it behaves like a studio rather than a generator. Restyle a room, change the light, clear the clutter, re-render a single angle, or turn any still into a short camera-movement clip for a client deck. Everything lands on one canvas you can share as a live link and comment on in place.
How we work
RoomGen is in beta and is built alongside practising interior designers rather than for an imagined one. Features ship when designers in the beta confirm they solve a real step in their workflow, which is why the roadmap carries no dates and the changelog is public.
Rendering is credit-based, and failed renders are never charged. Pricing, credit costs per render tier, and what each tier is for are all listed openly on the pricing section.

How it works
- 1
Upload the plan you already have
A flat 2D floor plan is the only input. No modeling, no measuring up again.
- 2
The agent traces and zones it
Walls are read off the drawing and the space is split into rooms automatically.
- 3
Smart Fill furnishes each room
Real catalog pieces are placed at true scale against the actual walls, not approximated.
- 4
Every room renders in parallel
Photoreal output in roughly thirty seconds per room, across the whole home at once.
- 5
Direct it like a studio
Restyle, relight, declutter, re-render one angle, or turn a still into a moving clip.
What’s in the studio
Designer library
One-click presets for restyling and relighting, including Scandinavian Minimal, Japandi and Mid-Century Modern.
AI video
Turn any render into a short clip with push-in, orbit or walk-in camera moves for client decks and social.
One shared canvas
Renders, sheets and frames on an infinite canvas, shareable as a live link with comments pinned in place.
Credits that match the work
Four render tiers from concept to hero, priced separately so drafts stay cheap. Failed renders are never charged.
Full pricing and per-render credit costs are listed on the pricing section. Questions about any of this go to hello@roomgen.studio.
