This Privacy Policy explains how RoomGen (“RoomGen”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and the RoomGen studio (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

Information we collect

Account data. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and Google account identifier via Firebase Authentication.
Content you upload. Floor plans, room photos, briefs, and other inputs you provide to generate renders.
Generated content. The renders, moodboards, and project data the Service produces for you.
Usage & device data. Product analytics and session recordings (via Microsoft Clarity) and standard server logs (IP, browser, pages visited) to operate and improve the Service.
Billing data. Subscription and payment information is processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

How we use your information

To provide the Service: authenticate you, run the AI render pipeline on your inputs, and store your projects.
To process subscriptions, credits, and payments.
To analyze usage, fix bugs, and improve the product.
To communicate with you about your account, support requests, and important changes.

AI processing

To generate renders, your uploaded floor plans, photos, and briefs are processed by Google’s Vertex AI (Gemini) models on our behalf. We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to train third-party models beyond what is necessary to produce your results.

Sharing & sub-processors

We share data only with service providers that help us run RoomGen, including:

Google Firebase / Vertex AI: authentication, database, storage, and AI processing.
Our payment provider: subscription billing (merchant of record).
Microsoft Clarity: product analytics.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We retain your account and project data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Contact below).

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
