These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RoomGen (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service

RoomGen is an AI studio for interior designers that turns floor plans and photos into photorealistic renders. The Service is currently offered in beta and may change, and features may be added or removed.

Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure.

Credits & subscriptions

Usage of the AI render pipeline is metered in credits. Each new account receives a one-time free-trial credit grant.
Paid subscriptions (Studio, Practice) grant a monthly credit allowance and renew automatically until cancelled.
Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and unused credits may expire at the end of a billing cycle.
Prices are shown in USD and billed by our third-party payment provider.

Your content & ownership

You retain ownership of the floor plans, photos, and briefs you upload (“Inputs”) and of the renders generated for you (“Outputs”), subject to the rights of any third-party products depicted. You grant us a limited licence to process your Inputs solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have rights to use.
Reverse-engineer, resell, or abuse the Service or its API.
Attempt to disrupt or circumvent usage limits, security, or billing.

AI disclaimer

Outputs are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. They are visualizations, not guarantees of real-world dimensions, availability, or pricing of any product. Verify details before making purchasing or construction decisions.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoomGen is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
